These terms are applicable on all sales made through the website www.littleluxe.com:

1. Product availability

As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products ordered become unavailable. If so, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

2. Price

We may offer merchandise on this website at the same price at which it is offered in our retail stores, and our promotions may follow those that are in our retail stores. However, in some cases, the prices will be different because the website and stores may choose to offer items at different prices or may run different promotional events at different times. For this reason, prices and promotions (e.g., promotion codes or free shipping) offered on this website may not always apply in stores, and store prices and promotions (e.g., coupons or additional discounts) may not always apply on this website, unless otherwise stated.

Prices on this website are displayed in United States dollars (USD) and do not include taxes and shipping. Prices are payable in full in a single payment at the time the order is made.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs cover preparation, packaging and postage fees. They are determined following the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order pre-tax and pre-delivery.

4. Payment

Orders placed on this website must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.

5. Return Policy

Unworn items purchased on littleluxe.com may be returned by mail or in-store within 30 days of customer receipt for a refund in original form of payment, exchange, or store credit.

The item must be in original packaging, have tags attached and show no visible signs of wear.

Please include a copy of the filled out packing slip from original package to ensure proper credit.

Returns that are final sale, damaged, show signs of wear, or have been altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Custom items, swimwear, undergarments, hair accessories and sale items are all considered final sale.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

A prepaid shipping label is provided for convenience. Use of this label will deduct $15 from the amount of the return. Alternatively, any shipping method may be used.

Shoes and other boxed items may be returned unmarked and in the original box they came in. The branded box must be placed inside another protective package for return. Items presented in a branded box must be returned with that box undamaged as the box is considered part of the item. If we receive a boxed item back without the box or if the box is damaged, the item will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made within 30 days from Little Luxe’s receipt of the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Contact customer service within 5 days of receipt to report a faulty or damaged item. You can reach customer service at 1-844-243-8381 or onlinecustomerservice@littleluxe.com.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item in a different size and are subject to availability. Little Luxe cannot reserve any items for exchange and can only make the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Gift Returns:

If an item was received as a gift it can be exchanged for another size. If the requested size is unavailable, Little Luxe will issue a store credit or a refund will be issued to the customer who placed and paid for the order.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Properly complete the packing slip, noting the item being returned and the reason for the return.
  2. Place the return with tags attached, along with the completed packing slip, in a securely wrapped package.
  3. Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at any UPS location. Alternatively, any shipping method may be used. All items should be returned to:

In-Store Purchases & Returns:

Items purchased at any of our Little Luxe Stores may be returned in-store within 14 days of purchase for a refund in original form of payment, exchange, or store credit. The item will be subject to the same criteria listed above.

6. Disclaimer

Unless otherwise provided in this clause, Little Luxe waives all representation or warranties (express, implicit or as prescribed by the law) regarding the website and your purchase, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or convenience for a particular purpose. Furthermore, Little Luxe does not guarantee that the operation will be free from defects. If you download information from this website, you are doing so at your own risks. Applicable laws may not allow the exclusion or the restriction of liability; so this exclusion may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

You hereby waive remedy, warranties or responsibilities provided by the law or otherwise. Neither Little Luxe nor its owner, employees, affiliated companies, banners, licensees, successors, right-holders and other representatives will be, under any circumstances, responsible towards you of any damage, including but limited to, direct, indirect, special, consecutive, accessory, punitive or other damages. Little Luxe, its owner, employees, affiliated companies, banners, licensees, successors, right-holders and other representatives, will not be responsible for any business interruption losses or lost data, or of any computer damages. While Little Luxe takes all reasonable steps to ensure that no virus or bug will be transmitted through its website, Little Luxe waives all liability regarding the transmission of virus or bugs. This entire limitation will apply even if Little Luxe, its owner, employees, affiliated companies, banners, licensees, successors, right-holders and other representatives were informed that the above-mentioned damages were possible. Little Luxe’s maximum liability will not be, in any case, superior to the amount of the product paid by the purchaser. This limitation is an essential condition of the agreement between you and Little Luxe. Applicable laws may not admit the exclusion or the restriction of liability; therefore this exclusion may not apply to you.
