Orders

How will I know that my order has been received?

You will receive an email after placing your order with an order confirmation number.

Do you accept phone orders?

Yes. You can place an order over the phone Monday-Friday 10am-5pm (EST) by calling our toll free number at 1-844-243-8381.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We want to make sure you receive your package as soon as possible. In order to do this, we have an automated system that sends your order directly to be packaged and shipped. Unfortunately, in order to do this it means no changes or cancellations can be made once the order is placed. If you have any questions regarding this, please call us at 1-844-243-8381.

Can I change or add to my order once it has been placed?

No. You must place a seperate order for any additional items you would like to purchase.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and Little Luxe gift cards.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Domestic Shipping:
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for standard delivery.
We will email you a confirmation with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Expedited shipping is available. Additional fees will apply.
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or after noon (12pm EST) on Friday will begin processing on the next business day.

International Shipping:
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 8-12 business days for standard delivery.
We will email you a confirmation with tracking number once your order has shipped.
$30 flat rate for standard international shipping unless free shipping amount ($300 USD) is reached.

Expedited international shipping is available. Additional fees will apply.

Customers outside the US are responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. They are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges.
Please check with your country’s customs office and shipping company (UPS for international shipping) to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase.

Customs, import duties, brokerage fees and taxes are typically collected by the delivery/shipping company or when you pick the item up at your local shipping center. Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges. If the customer refuses to pay the costs associated with shipping, the products will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will automatically receive an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How much will shipping cost?

We charge a $10 flat rate for standard domestic shipping unless your order total exceeds the free shipping threshold.
We charge a $30 flat rate standard international shipping unless your order total exceeds the international free shipping threshold.

How can I track my order?

Click on the "track my order" tab and enter in the tracking number provided in the email you received confirming your order had been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, just select the country you would like us to ship to at checkout and the appropriate currency will be charged during payment.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

We try our hardest to be accurate when packaging your product. If a mistake is made, please contact us within 5 days to report the incorrect item. You can call us at our toll free number 1-844-243-8381 or email us at onlinecustomerservice@littleluxe.com. Please make sure to have your order number as well as the item number for the incorrect item received and the item you ordered.

Do you offer gift-wrapping options?

Yes! Boxed with tissue paper and topped with a brown bow, your Little Luxe purchase will arrive gift-ready. All you have to do is select the gift-wrap option at check out. Please note, there is an additional fee for this option.*Oversized items will be hand-wrapped and tied with a bow.

Returns

What is your return policy?

  • You can return unworn items purchased on littleluxe.com within 30 days of receipt for refund in original form of payment, exchange or store credit.
  • The item must be in original packaging, have tags attached and show no visible signs of wear or damage.
  • Please make sure to include a copy of the filled out packing slip with your package to ensure you get properly credited.
  • Returns that are final sale, damaged, show signs of wear or have been altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Custom items, swimwear, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, fragrances, gift wrapping, and sale items are all considered final sale.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • We provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. If you choose to use this label $10 will be deducted from your return.
  • Shoes and other boxed items may be returned unmarked and in the original box they came in. You must place the box inside another protective package for their return. Items presented in a branded box must be returned with that box undamaged as the box is considered part of the item. If we receive a boxed item back without the box or if the box is damaged, the item will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days from when we receive the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
Please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery date to report a faulty or damaged item. You can reach customer service at 1-844-243-8381 or at onlinecustomerservice@littleluxe.com.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item in a different size and are subject to availability. We cannot reserve any items for exchange and can only make the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Gift Returns:
If you received an item as a gift you can exchange it for another size. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or a refund will be issued to the customer who placed and paid for the order.

In-Store Returns: You may return an item purchased on littleluxe.com at any of our Little Luxe stores within 14 days of receipt. The item will be subject to the same criteria listed above.

How do I return an item?

  1. On the provided packing slip, please note the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return.
  2. Place the return with the tags attached along with the noted packing slip in a securely wrapped package.
  3. Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at any UPS loaction. If you decide not to use the provided shipping label, you may choose your own shipping method. All items should be returned to:

Are returns free?

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your convenience. If you choose to use this label $10 will be deducted from your return.

Can I get a refund on sale items?

All sale items are a final sale, and therefore cannot be refunded.

Do you refund shipping costs?

Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.

I have not received my refund, what should I do?

Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you will have the option to check out as a guest.

How do I update my account information?

Once you are logged into your account you will have the ability to edit your personal information including your name, email address, password, shipping address and billing address. Simply click the "edit" link next to these items.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Simply click on the "forgot your password?" link on the login & register page and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes, Little Luxe offers price matching! If you find an identical product at a lower price that can be verified with one of our competitors, we will honor the lowest advertised price. Please contact Customer Service to make your claim*. All inquiries must be approved prior to purchase and all sales will be final.
